Balance

You balance consist of two parts:

  • Available balance
  • Reserve

All payments from cards stay in reserve for 168 hours. For example, if you received payment on Wednesday, you would see it at available balance on the next Wednesday. And it will be exactly the same for a new payment on Thursday. If you got a new payment on Thursday you will see it at available balance on next Thursday and so on.

In some cases reserve period can be increased up to 30 days.

How to add withdrawal methods

Withdrawal of funds is available only for verified users.

  • Bank cards of the Russian Federation and international - 600,000 ₽ per card per last 30 days.
  • Qiwi wallets - 4,000,000 ₽ per wallet per last 30 days.
  • Bank account (ONLY RF ACCOUNT) persons - 2 400 000 ₽ per account per last 30 days.

Adding a method for withdrawing funds:


  1. In the side menu, click Withdrawal

  2. Click on the Withdrawal methods tab

  3. Then click on the icon of the payment method you want to add in and enter the details



Withdrawal settings

Withdrawal of funds can be done automatically or upon request. The minimum amount for withdrawal is 500 rubles.


Setting up Automatic Withdrawal


  1. In the side menu, click Withdrawal
  2. Next, click on the Automatic Withdrawal tab

  3. Click Create Automatic Withdrawal enter the specifics


Automatic Withdrawals arу checked once every 24 hours



Withdrawal request

  1. Click on the Create withdrawal button

  2. Select the withdrawal method and specify the amount you want to withdraw. 


Withdrawals are initiated after verification.
